Dr. Watrobski, who joined us in August, has just passed her acupuncture exam and is now certified in veterinary acupuncture! After six months of lectures and exams, Dr. Watrobski spent a week in Colorado where she was able to hone her skills on a variety of species – from dogs and cats to rabbits, ferrets, chickens and reptiles. We are thrilled to have her join our team of acupuncturists and we have already started her seeing some of our regular acupuncture patients. Soon she will be starting her training in herbal medicine and rehabilitation medicine.
Please come in anytime with your furry, feathered or scaled family members to meet Dr. Watrobski and chat about how acupuncture can help your pet.
Here’s Dr. Watrobski with one of her new patients, Maka.
Maka is a sweet, adorable Golden Doodle, with a history of back and knee pain. Her family brought her to Holistic Veterinary Center to have her evaluated, and to develop a long-term treatment plan. Maka has had physical therapy in the past, and it has contributed to how amazing she is doing now- especially for 14 years old! Dr. Watrobski and Dr. Tyneway are going to continue Maka’s care with a personalized treatment plan of regular physical evaluations, laser therapy, acupuncture, and underwater treadmill sessions.
Please call to make an appointment with one of our doctors today, and start your pet’s journey towards optimal health.
